How do I know my ring size?

The best way to determine your size is by using our Free Ring Sizer HERE. You can wear the ring sizer throughout the day to test your size at various times and during different activities. It is available in sizes 3.5 – 17, including both full and half sizes.
NOTE: The fit ultimately depends on your personal preference. You may experience slight resistance when removing it. If you have larger knuckles, please avoid sizing down for the smaller sizes.

Do you offer half size?

Yes, we do! You can find the complete size list on the product page. If your size is out of stock or not listed, feel free to contact our customer service team to discuss further. We will do our best to assist you and find a solution.

Do you offer the ring engraving service?

Yes, we do!
Free engraving is available on the product page for items that are eligible for engraving.

I got my ring, but it doesn’t fit, what can I do?

Don't worry. We've got you covered! We offer a year-long free exchange program.

How should I care for my ring?

We have taken extra steps to ensure that each of our rings is durable and resistant to wear.
It’s always a good idea to remove your band when washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom, or performing other tasks that involve harsh chemicals or abrasive solutions commonly found in household cleaners.

Shipping

What is the shipping fee and how long will it take?

For in-stock items, we process orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. If the specific size of the ring you ordered is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days with a solution.
We offer free standard shipping, with delivery taking between 7 and 15 business days. Alternatively, you can choose Expedited Shipping, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

How do I track my order?

We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has been processed for delivery. This email will include a link to Track your order.

Payment

What payment methods can I use?

We accept several payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. Payment will be processed from your credit card as soon as you place your order. To ensure the security of our customers, we take fraud prevention very seriously, and all cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
We currently display prices and accept payments in the following currencies: US Dollars, EUR, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds. You are welcome to pay in the currency of your choice, and if you change your payment currency in the website footer, prices will be converted accordingly.

I ordered the wrong item, how do I cancel or change my order?

The best way to cancel an order is to email: service@forgebands.com
As long as your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will be happy to assist you in processing your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange my rings?

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our year-long free exchange service, provided your order meets the conditions. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

What is the return or exchange process?

Simply email service@forgebands.com to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with the return address and other necessary information.
Please send the product along with the product list, which should include the Order Number and product SKU. A return tracking number is required. We will process the product exchange or issue a refund once we receive your returned parcel.

NOTE:

We do not accept returned packages without prior contact.
Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
