Delivery Time

For In-Stock Items:

 

Free Shipping: Your order will arrive within 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Your order will arrive within 2-3 business days at the earliest. (Available in the U.S. and Canada only.)

Out of Stock Sizes:

 

We restock inventory regularly. If your selected style/size is unavailable or your order includes a custom item, allow 15-30 days for crafting by our artisans.

 

Orders with in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

 

If processing exceeds 24 hours, we will email you with an updated timeline. You may cancel your order at any time during the waiting period.

 

Note: If processing your order takes longer than 24 hours, we will contact you via email with an updated estimate for the crafting time. You can cancel your order at any time during the waiting period if you choose not to wait.

 

Engraving Service

For orders that include engraving, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

Important Notes:

 

For U.S. orders over $300, a signature is required upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. An adult signature is mandatory for these orders.

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Standard Shipping is required for P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO).
