What payment methods can I use?

We accept several payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and American Express. Payment will be processed from your credit card as soon as you place your order. To ensure the security of our customers, we take fraud prevention very seriously, and all cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer.
We currently display prices and accept payments in the following currencies: US Dollars, EUR, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, and British Pounds. You are welcome to pay in the currency of your choice, and if you change your payment currency in the website footer, prices will be converted accordingly.

I cant proceed with the payment, what can I do?

I ordered the wrong item, how do I cancel or change my order?

The best way to cancel an order is to email: service@forgebands.com
As long as your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we will be happy to assist you in processing your request.

 

Return & Exchange Policy:

Can I return or exchange my rings?
Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Alternatively, you can take advantage of our year-long free exchange service, provided your order meets the conditions. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

 

What is the return or exchange process?

Simply email service@forgebands.com to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with the return address and other necessary information.
Please send the product along with the product list, which should include the Order Number and product SKU. A return tracking number is required. We will process the product exchange or issue a refund once we receive your returned parcel.

 

NOTE:

We do not accept returned packages without prior contact.
Clearance products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
